凱麗思布里斯班壹號名邸 (Brisbane One Apartments by CLLIX)

非常愉快的一次入住體驗，酒店前台的checkin時間並不是18:00之前，事實上我們在晚上20:00到達時，發現有前台小姐姐在值班，且非常友好。 入住的房間是兩卧室戶型，有一個非常大的陽台。每天晚上我們都在廚房做飯，並在陽台上吃。 房間的廚房非常乾淨，並且提供了全套餐具與廚具，我們在樓下超市採購的食材都可以在房間內處理。 房間還提供自動洗碗機和洗衣機/烘乾機，所有用過的餐具直接放自動洗碗機清洗後歸位就可以。 洗衣機和烘乾機解決了我們1周旅行的臟衣服問題，非常棒！

樓下、周邊各種中餐，超市也很近，安全安靜，交通便利、打車方便

It was a very cozy stay ~ the only problem I encountered was trying to dry my hair at night. There was no way for me to reach reception to let them know that our hair dryer was sparking and unable to use because the only way to contact them was through phone number but we only got eSIM . They were able to resolve my problem immediately once I notified them in the morning. They gave me a brand new hair dryer. Definitely would stay here again, it’s just right for 2😁

時隔一年再次選擇這裏，喜歡房間的整潔、乾淨，周邊環境好，出行方便，餐廳、超市都是步行距離，離河邊很近。前台服務好，營業時間長，是附近幾家Clixx服務最好的。這棟樓2019年啟用，有些設施開始老化，每次入住都是開盲盒。這次的優點是陽台外有非常好的風景（見圖），缺點是烤箱的發熱管嚴重老化，烤完食物整個房間都充滿金屬異味，還有白色的金屬微粒跌落到食物表面，所以我們衹用了一次就放棄。

Новый жилой комплекс. Красивый бассейн и сад, зоны барбекью. Ресепшен приветливый. Хорошее расположение в городе.

My partner and I stayed at One Apartments by Cllix for a weekend getaway and were thoroughly impressed. The location is absolutely unbeatable. Being right next to the Central Station made getting everywhere incredibly easy, and we were within walking distance of the Queen Street Mall, Fortitude Valley, and the Howard Smith Wharves. Having a supermarket right across the street was also a huge convenience. We booked a one-bedroom apartment and were pleased with the space. It was modern, clean, and exactly as pictured. The full kitchen was well-equipped, which allowed us to save money by making breakfast and a couple of meals at home. The highlight, without a doubt, was the private balcony with stunning views over the city and Story Bridge—perfect for enjoying a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The check-in process was smooth via the digital kiosk, and the staff we interacted with at reception were friendly and helpful. The pool and gym area looked great, though we didn't have time to use them. For the price, the location, and the amenities, this place offers exceptional value. We will definitely be staying here again on our next 永安 to Brisbane.

Amazing

We travelled with two children, after we entered the unit, there was an oily smell. And the carpet was dirty. I used a tissue to wipe it and it had black stains. So I put the carpet aside then cleaned the floor, the wet towel was all black. Every chair has debris on it and I just told my children not to lay on the floor and not to sit on the chairs. Moreover, there were stains on cutleries and on the oven. The cleanliness was HORRIBLE. When we were taking a shower, all the water just went out to all the floor in the bathroom.

房間很差，臟，沒有清理乾淨，冰箱、沙發，餐桌，餐具破舊。沒有服務，前台待搭不理。由於是公寓，有自住客人（買房），人員混雜。

Overall is good, as what you will expect based on what you booked. However, message respond from the unit/property was slow, which we hope can be improved. The bed is a queen-sized bed, and not a king-sized bed as shown in the photo when we booked. I think we stayed for 2 or 3 nights before we moved to a new unit. We appreciated the front desk staff allowed us to change to another unit with king sized bed. During our 8 night stays, unfortunately there was once all 3 units of elevators was down at night, and my poor husband couldn't wait for repair and had to climb up to 22nd floor. However, the problem was rectified soon. One terrified thing happened around 2 to 3am one night, we were awakened by a loud alarm in our unit. We didn't know what to do and called up the in-house security number listed, what shocked us was the answer given by the man who answered the call. When we asked what's happening and do we need to go down, what the man answered is "Up to you". We were puzzled! Not long after that, the alarm changed from beep sound to voice telling "Emergency, Evacuate Now", repetitively. When we went down, many people, some in their pajamas were already outside the building. Fire brigades arrived shortly, and thank God, it turn out to be a false fire alarm. The next day, there was no any message from the management about what happened.
