Nice place near the south bank, you can just walk there, clear late check-in instructions. Clean, with free parking and a nice common area.

Everything was fine but it was a little overpriced for what I would describe as a pretty basic hotel room. Some things in the room left a little to be desired - it felt cheap even though it wasn't. Location and facilities were fine though but having no-one to greet you on arrival was something new for me.

酒店的房間空間夠大，設施也齊全，可以停車。最驚喜是有濾水壺，泡茶可以用過濾水。設施有點舊，空調的濾網肉眼看到就是臟臟的，最慘是要爬樓梯。服務是不錯的，每天會來更換毛巾，每週一次打掃。周邊環境很好，對面是一個大草地，近南岸公園和火車站、超市。因為樓層低，所以噪音比較大，周邊有工地施工的聲音，週末晚上還有人在樓下花園party，大聲講話。

Apartment is located near by the city CBD however there was no daily cleaning service and the duvet is a little bit dusty. The water is not strong on the washing basin.

非常好的住宿經驗！酒店位置距南岸公園、超市(Woolworths、Harris Farm)、購物中心等地都很近，走路就能到達。酒店人員出入門，對面就是Musgrave 公園，可進行慢跑活動；廚房內餐具與烹飪裝備齊全，可滿足3餐各式料理。辦理自助入/退房手續簡便快速，上班期間與接待人員小陳與小票閑聊家常，非常愉快！

Great location and easy-to-use instructions to get the access key. However, messaging on the day of arrival is a little tricky when coming from overseas with no data/wifi! Massive bed - but not terribly comfortable with only a small double sheet on top and what looked like two double sheets, one on top of the other on the mattress! The toilet seat was broken - I reported to reception, and they fixed it swiftly. The coffee plunger was also broken - and reported/fixed promptly. However, surely these types of things could be on some sort of checklist for the cleaners so guests don't have to waste their time reporting? It looked like a nice pool - however, I hadn't even realised there was a pool until a friend pointed it out. Nothing in the room information about opening times, and when I went to have a swim, the automated cleaner was in it, which put me off :-(
