Ruangannya nyaman dan bersih, seluruh staf ramah dan sangat membantu semua kebutuhan yg saya perlukan. Next time pasti stay disini lagi

New hotel with clean rooms and strong air conditioning, but overall service was disappointing. Pros: room is new, no smell, good aircon and water pressure. Cons: check-in is strictly at the stated time with no flexibility. Hot water occasionally turns cold. No in-room phone — reception can only be contacted via WhatsApp, which was slow to respond. Drinking water is not complimentary and costs IDR 20,000 for a just small bottle. There is no mini fridge. I requested the staff on dec 12 to store our cold drinks, but when I returned around 11pm, the drinks were still left at the counter. Also worth noting that the room window faces a wall with no view, which may matter to some guests. There is a minimart two shops away which was more convenient for water, which we got for 16k for 1.5L. Location is fairly strategic, but service did not meet expectations for a new hotel.

Lokasi hotelnya strategis dekat dengan sudirman, kuningan & thamrin. Bangunannya baru, bersih, rapi, stafnya ramah dan responsif. Mereka jg punya layanan massage yang enak banget. Untuk business travelers, hotel ini recommended.

Agak kaget karena : - hotelnya kacanya transparan keluar, beneran TRANSPARAN! Jadi orang luar juga bisa lihat kita didalam ngapain.. kaget ? Jujur shock! - tidak ada mini kulkas di hotel ini, jadi kalo kalian mau simpen sesuatu / minuman dingin gabisa - jujur, acnya bukan ac central dan ac nya yg satuan.. dan ITU GA DINGIN!! Kita udh buat suhu terendah dan fan maximal tetep begah banget.. - dateng jam 2, disuruh nunggu 1 jam buat kamar nya di siapin. Resepsionis selalu bilang : monitor2 ke room boynya, tapi super lelet banget

Room was clean and new. However, there’s a bit of a musky smell in the bathroom but not a big deal. Staff were friendly and helpful as well.
