Dari dulu waktu Masi Aston udh suka nginep sini, lokasi bagus, staff semua ramah n helpful Makanan enak, kamar luas, sekarang ganti nama jadi Fairview by artotel tapi kualitas Masi sama bahkan lebih baik Staff FO Rayhan sangat friendly dan baik dalam membantu kebutuhan tamu

The best hotel in the Pondok Indah area. The rooms are clean and the prices are affordable. I often stay here again for business 永安s with my friends. The reception staff are very friendly and provide excellent service, especially Mr. Isra and Mrs. Anin. Thank you very much, I will definitely keep coming back to stay here.

it was nice to stay here. the staffs very friendly, but the door still use a manual lock, not a card. but its okay. overall its good

Except for the location which is very near to Pondok Indah Mall and the great customer service , the rooms are NOT at all as good . Old carpet , non working phone , old lift , I won’t come back .

I am very pleased with the Services. The staffs are super friendly and very helpful. The room is value for money. Kudos to Pak Henry, The General Manager. Recommend. Location to PIM 1,2 & 3 is so convenient…0.7km 👍👍 we were lucky. The Hotel started operations 2 days ago (15/11/25)
