環境很不錯，離中國大使館很近，周邊環境也還可以。自助早餐很豐富，小孩子也很習慣吃，特別是薑茶，肚子不舒服的時候喝上幾杯、瞬間感覺戰鬥力拉滿。可惜沒有去游泳池游泳，匆匆的走了，下次還要再來住這個酒店。

I stayed at JW Marriott from 15–18 August and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I checked in, the service was exceptional — the staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. My room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing the perfect place to relax after a day out. The dining options were excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes and attentive restaurant staff making every meal enjoyable. The location was also very convenient, allowing easy access to nearby attractions while still offering a peaceful environment for rest. Overall, my holiday was made extra special by the hospitality and high standards of JW Marriott, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great food, and outstanding service.

My two-night stay was seamless. The check-in process was swift and courteous. My room offered a quiet, luxurious retreat with excellent soundproofing, a plush bed, and all the thoughtful touches a seasoned traveler appreciates — from a well-stocked minibar to sleek workspace lighting. The Executive Lounge was a standout: • Afternoon Tea featured delicate pastries, savoury bites, and premium teas with skyline views. • Dinner service balanced Asian and Western selections, all fresh and well-presented. • Staff were discreet, sharp, and intuitive — offering genuine hospitality without overstepping. The breakfast buffet at Sailendra Restaurant was exceptional — one of the best in Jakarta. A diverse spread of international and local dishes, live egg and noodle stations, vibrant tropical fruits, cold-pressed juices, and artisan breads made for a lavish yet balanced start to the day. Beyond the hotel, its central location puts you steps from upscale malls (Lotte Shopping Avenue, Pacific Place), fine dining, and major business hubs — making it ideal for both leisure and corporate travel.
