tata letak hotel strategis, parkiran nya cukup okay vibes masuk lobby nya memang beda dg aston biasanya, pelayanan lebih ramah sarapan nya sangat banyak variannya hanya perlu mengupgrade kebersihan, dua kali ketemu kecoa, satu di dpn pintu toilet kamar satu lagi di bawah tongsampah toilet lt.1

Hoyel yang nuaman dengan layanan yg ramah, kamar yg bersih dan aroma seger. Proses cek in cepat dan kamar sesuai dengan pesanan. Parkiran luas dan tdk berbayar untuk tami hotel. Makanan room service enak dan cepat saji. Lokasi hotel strategis sehingga mudah ke mana mana serta tansindi hotel terssia 24 jam.

Enjoyed our stay at Aston Simatupang. The staffs are great and helpful. Will come back here if we visit Jakarta again

I stayed for two nights. Unfortunately, the room was extremely dim and smell of smoke, even though I had specifically requested a non-smoking room. It seemed like they tried to mask the smoke with air freshener, but the combination made it worse. Although it was supposed to be a non-smoking floor, there were ashtrays provided in the room and near the lift, which directly contradicts the no-smoking policy. To add to the discomfort, I found two baby cockroaches in my room — surprising and unpleasant, especially considering the room was on the 18th floor. The only redeeming part of my stay was the excellent customer service — the staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

I have stayed here several times. The room is standard with carpeted floors, clean, and comfortable. However, the lighting is a bit dim; it might be helpful if a standing lamp were provided in each room without having to request it. But for those who enjoy a dim atmosphere, this room is perfect. The location is very close to the toll gate. The food is varied, making it suitable for business 永安s or just a short stay.
