Old hotel. Always find small cockroaches in the room, toilet and living area. Not worth to take big room. Normal standard room rate is acceptable with the hotel conditions. Toilet also very old and not clean. Lighting in the room not bright enough. I will not stay in this room anymore with the price that i paid. Standard room ok due to the location of the hotel. Regret to choose this CT 1 bedroom residence.

This hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Jakarta. The location is highly convenient, with many dining options and a supermarket within walking distance

Check-in and reception service was good - very friendly! Room was very big and comfortable King bed but cleanliness, whilst acceptable, can be improved. I like the location in Kemang - convenient and easy to get to many places in south and central Jakarta. Overall, good stay experience and value for money

The hotel is a bit old and not very clean. At first, I was placed in a room where the lights would turn on randomly at night. Later, I was moved to a better room where this issue didn’t occur. In terms of cleanliness, the hotel is dirty—I found someone else’s (women’s) hair in the shower. However, the service and staff were excellent—very helpful with any request. Overall, my impression is neutral. The location is convenient.

The hotel is terrible. The laundry fee for 19 pieces was a whopping 750k. When I saw the price, I was shocked. The housekeeper didn't explain the price beforehand. Washing one pair of socks and a t-shirt was around 70k each. It's exorbitant. (You can see the price list in the attachment) Additionally, the landline in the room was broken, and there were rats in the restaurant. While everything is expensive, the service was horrible.
