本身去旅行係需要一個舒適嘅環境，呢間酒店明顯做到，只要同酒店員工提出要求員工馬上做到，整體由入門口員工到櫃枱服務人員，每個人員都非常有禮貌，但是最重要一點就是衞生情況，從未住過一間酒店由入門口去到房間每一個位置都有小動物周圍行走，洗手間簡直嚇你一跳，從未見過一間酒店個洗手間這樣，每個位置都係黃色嘅漬，呢種室內情況叫外地遊客點樣住？

The hotel is fantastic for it's location. That's probably the only good thing about it. This property is old, furnishings are old and seems poorly maintained, my shower head broke during the first night, bathroom tap is broken and poorly sealed, felt like if I yank it hard, I could pull the tap out from the sink.. Service is prompt though. What I couldnt stand is the pest problems. I have constant visits from roaches, ants! That is most intolerable! That said, I wish the hotel will improve their standards. Until then I will stay away from them in my future visits to Jakarta.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I was assigned with a suite room 1801. The room condition is ENTIRELY DIFFERENT from those pictures published in the 永安 page. I would rather put it as the hotel is with ill intention, using different pictures of their rooms to deceive and entice travellers to book rooms with them. Notes to 永安 : Your MUST revise the existing policies and standards to eliminate such irresponsible, unethical, and substandard hotels from using your platform or else, it will bring disaster to the good name of your esteemed hotel & flight booking platform. Also, your should improve the existing SOP or training standard to your Agents with focus in the area of handling customers-members refund experience and complaints.

Been here for a few times,, and so far I don't have any complaints till today.. In the amenities it wrote provided with ironing equipment,, but nothing there nor washing machine as we used to get it in other rooms we booked before.... Other than that,, all is okay... Will be still on my list for my next holiday or staycation....

公寓旁邊很多華人華僑，印尼的工作人員服務真的好，有公寓的游泳池，但是他們這裏的熱水器比較小，建議人多分開洗澡，不然熱水不夠，不是類似國內那種天然氣可以一直燒的，是電儲存熱水器

위치 좋습니다. 그랜드 인도네시아 코타 카사블랑카 모나스 등 센트럴 중심지 시설은 올드합니다. 오래된 아파트 시설이네요 그래서 방이 넓지만 저렴합니다. 5층에 아파트 단지 산책로 예뻐요 피트니스, 마사지 시설도 있습니다. 그리고 100M이내에 24시간 ATM 건물 있고 인도마렛, 패밀리마트 있어서 생활편의성은 최상 하지만 옷장, 식탁, 부엌 모두 오래된 올드타입 깨끗한 인테리어의 호텔 원하시면 다른곳 가세요 냉장고는 크기가 커서 좋았습니다.

設施較為古老，服務不錯。首先老到印尼去哪裡都得發車，服務很好。有什麼需求和前台説就可以。打車很方便。。早餐蠻好。
