和幾個朋友一起到帕盧出差，來過幾次，也在這裏住過蠻多次的了，總體的感覺還是一般，原來可以，現在有點陳舊了，太陳舊了

their location is very good, accross open field, perfect for workout (outdoor walk) by morning or afternoon. The staff are friendly and helpful. also the room is clean I've tried their breakfast buffet, so delicious they have local specialty foods, and it is nice able to try them. keep up the good work

Biasanya makanan breakfast di Santika, enak2 bgt.. Tapi koh di hotel Santika Palu, agak terasa kurang yaaa.. Tolong ditingkatkan deh... Area smokingnya jg gak "manusiawi" Hehehe.. Jauh bgt dari tempat sarapan :(

One of the great hotels located in downtown Palu. Friendly bf kind staffers, and provide a good selection of breakfast. The hotel manager will come to each table and have a little chit chat with the costumer. The room is spacious and clean. The pool is nice and close to the gym on the 3rd floor. You can see the things around the hotel from the pool. From this hotel you can go anywhere around downtown Palu. The only drawback is the internet. There are times when the internet is down for like 15 minutes. However, I don’t mind staying in this hotel again in the future.
