first experience staying here just for transit, it seems there should be many improvements from the hotel management Starting from the basement, the second floor lobby to the hotel hallway, it looks poorly maintained, there is an unpleasant odor and cleanliness is not well maintained The space is worth with the price but unfortunately in terms of cleanliness it is also very bad starting from the sheets, pillow cases and towels also smelly and dusty, when we already check in they need almost 1 hour just for prepare baby crib Toilet seat dirty and smelly, there is no shower flush for the toilet, and moldy toilet roof breakfast is less varied and there a few flies flying with our meals😂

The location is strategic and nexr door is convenience store for 24hour. Enjoy the car free day just out from the hotel on Sunday morning. Towel is time to replace with new because already overused. The thread can find on the edge on the side.

definitely this hotel is not prepared for "fully booked" days. I went here during lebaran holiday, the hotel was fully booked and it was such a chaotic! Parking was full, there's a valet service, but all the staffs seemed to be very overwhelmed. Elevator wasnt responsive enough to handle the traffic. Breakfast buffet was another nightmare, everyone was brutally looking for food and they're not refilling it well. One morning i was brushing my teeth and the water seemed to be full of dirt Despite, the staffs were very kind and helpful, it is just the hotel system is not ready yet for this

Untuk kamar luas dan bersih, saya booking di aplikasi untuk 3 orang, tapi tidak dapat extrabed, untuk extrabed harus bayar addtional fee, tapi ttp dapat sarapan untuk 3 orang. Sarapan rasanya lumayan, tapi sangat cepat sekali habis, kalau mau sarapan di hotel ini suggest jangan lebih dari jam 8 pagi, kemarin untuk omlete dan telur mata sapi sudah habis di jam setengah 9, suasana makan jadi agak chaos, karena banyak pengunjung yg complain karena tidak kebagian telur. Dan untuk proses refill makanan lumayan lama di weekend, saya menunggu sosis sekitar 45 menit untuk direfill. Yg excelent adalah pelayan security dan parkir, jika tidak dapat parkir mobil yg kosong, free vallet dari hotel, semua securitynya ramah.
