四星級的酒店，被子這麼臟！ 不知道是怎麼打四星級的

Acnya kurang dingin masih unit lama pakai daikin sudah komplain padahal

The services, breakfast & staffs are great. But the hotel is too old and the cleaniness need to have some improvements.

Staff not friendly…request for extra blankets also didn’t send not provided when check in the room so dirty bedsheets dirty

Kamar bagus dan luas, ac dingin, staff ramah, city view cakep. Sayang nya curtain room kurang bagus perlu di ganti. Air panas kurang. Tp utk overall good sih .

Dari lokasi dan kelas hotel seharusnya dapat fasilitas sesuai expectasi tapi sayang kurangnya maintenance gedung jadi beberapa fasilitas tidak terpenuhi seperti air panas buat mandi tidak berfungsi,handuk yg kurang bersih tampilannya, saluran km mandi yg bau ,saya kuatir lambat Laun kalau tidak segera dilakukan maintenance gedung dan fasilitas atau direnovasi saya yakin satu persatu akan ditinggalkan pelanggannya , ini masukan untuk kemajuan hotel mohon diperhatikan

We stayed during Ied Mubarak holiday for 4 days/3 nights in April 2025. We booked 2 connecting rooms for my family (4 persons). I chose this hotel because it has swimming pool and gym, we used to exercise daily. In fact, the gym was closed for long term maintenance. It should be declared and crossed out from the hotel facility so we noticed from beginning, not surprised on site. The rooms at a glance were ok but when we looked to the interior were lousy. The curtain, gordyn, and bed lamps, dirty and stained. My children room has no curtain, so direct sunshine and very hot during the day. The towel seemed already used for years. not soft, looks lousy and the color not pure white as normally hotel towel. Each room provided safety box but no function at all. if you see the direction on the safety box (see the photo), it supposed has red button inside the box but no button at all. The safety box used 4 battery. In my room has only 2 batteries out of 4 and already expired since March 2018. My children' room has 4 battery but also not functioned. the button numbers and keys cant be pressed so we cant keep important and valuable items inside it. The swimming pool were crowded and the water was dirty. the hotel supposed to overall cleaning to the pool due to holiday seasons but the water obviously dirty. The parking lot is low maintenance, dirty, and rubbish everwhere. the Horison Ultima was only 3 years old last December 2024 as I saw from the stickwerck at lobby. The hotel was Star Hotel and changed to Horison Ultima. The parking lot was narrow and limited. For location is ok, near Java Mall. good for morning walk. the hotel staffs were polite and fast response. the amenities for 4* hotel is good enough. the mini fridge in the room is ok as well as the Aircon. If I may advise the management, please take serious attention to the cleanliness and maintenance also room refurbishment to the lousy interior inside as top priority.
