food was good. stay was good. I guess pehle toh manager was like aapke 811 rupay hue...then i asked for bill... he then recalculated correctly. May be i can forgive it as a mistake.

Mm t you need to be thorough professional while assisting for my 永安s. Room and amenities were not as specified. The tariff charged was hefty compared to the quality of stay. Terribly unprofessional fron both make my 永安 and the hotel.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellence service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
