Superior room is good, good ambience, nice room service and breakfast is good but flies. Dinners are limited

Worst place to stay they show all pics fraud ..no suite at all dont expect anything i would encourage mot to stay ...property very dirty rooms old and dirty couch dirty , food is good ....they have no suite . Fan making noise Aircon making noise switch board broken ..please refrsin to stay if u really want a family refreshing stsycation

the room is very comfartable, but the frequent noise of the nearby starting airplanes day and night is very disturbing. The choice of food for house guests is poor.

I had a nice stay, room was very good - neat n clean, property is well maintained, breakfast was basic but was ok, I missed the curtain in the shower due to which the bathroom was getting wet. Worth the money.

i booked this property and when i came out side the metro station no auto and cab driver knew about this property i tried to call the hotel but number did not connected to the hotel.... I have to go somewhere else to stay that night my hard earned money got wasted.. Since it was not refundable booking.. 😤

We have requested for room decor for new wed couple which was not done. We have asked for food which was not on time

Outskirts, breakfast was not as much good, as expected. Ambience is good, but service point is average for everything u have to ask. It was not made available as should have been in a room with so much cost.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were some positive aspects, our experience was marred by a few serious issues. The hotel boasts a beautiful ambiance and well-maintained surroundings, which initially made a great impression. However, we faced two significant problems during our stay. Firstly, the pool area was unsafe. To our shock, there were nails in the pool, and one of them got stuck in my son's toe, causing us distress and inconvenience. This is a major safety concern that needs immediate attention. Secondly, the quality of the quilt provided in our room was extremely poor. It was uncomfortable and didn't match the standards expected from a hotel of this kind. Additionally, the food was sub-par and left much to be desired. While we appreciated the pleasant ambiance and certain aspects of the hotel, the safety issue and lack of quality in basic amenities like bedding and food made our stay less enjoyable. I hope th. the receptionist ********* lady is very rude in behavior she don't know how to talk to guest she acts like she is the owner of the resort,as I'm a travel i visit many cities and hotel but i have never seen such an attitude receptionist first me and my wife booked for 1 day but then we decided to extend so we call in reception that we are going to stay 1 more day and we want same room they said ok no problem then in the morning we were going for the meeting she said ifcwe want to stay then we have to change the room so we said we are already informed and you didn't say from before now we are going out in a very rude way she said before i didn't said but now I'm saying so if you don't want to change the room then you can check out ! so we check out so i think management should teach her how to handle in reception.
