Treebo Galaxy Rooms (Treebo Galaxy Rooms)

First of all, the photos of this horrific hotel doesn't match with the current condition of rooms, bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty like they were never washed since the opening of this place, dirty and shabby walls, rotten furniture and etc. We had to check-out immediately and find some decent place to stay, because we couldn't imagine staying in this place even for one night. The other thing was awful and very poor support of 永安 service, we had to pay for our reservation in this "hotel" upfront because TREEBO warned me that if we do not pay for the whole stay period, they will cancel our reservation, despite the fact that according to the terms of booking we could've just paid in the hotel upon check-in, but we've paid, because it was the nearest place from the convention centre. After we checked-out, I've requested 永安 support to cancel our remaining days and refund us for the time, that we havent spent in this hotel, but every request was denied and support team haven't done ANYTHING to help us retrive our money, instead they just offered to credit our "coins" account with insignificant laughable amount that won't even be sufficient to buy a dinner in a decent restaurant, they are absolutely incompetent and useless, I will never ever use 永安 again and do not advise anyone to use it.
