檳城直落巴港悅椿度假村 (Angsana Teluk Bahang, Penang)

非常好的度假環境，酒店下來就是直通海灘了，拍照也很出片，每個星期六都有fire show，酒店房間也很大很美。位置偏遠一點，但是整體還不錯

服務不錯、孩子的設施也很多，很適合帶娃，離蟲鳴大地也很近，早餐也不錯，離市區比較遠，適合休閑度假，總體還是不錯的

有點遠,不過出入call grab都方便。 自助早餐一般,選擇不算太多,味道也普通。 房間夠大,對住海景,正👍🏻 泳池也很正, 職員也好nice. 酒店對出沙灘玩水上活動價錢也合理。

酒店提供免費停車場，也有免費接駁車到喬治市，畢竟相隔40多分鐘的車程，酒店出門口向右行10分鐘就是最近的24小時Happy Mart；房間大，衞生也可以，浴缸很大，但其中一邊洗手盆去水很慢，另一邊的水龍頭則太短，淋個浴玻璃門前會濕了一大片；床鋪太軟我們的老腰受不了；酒店沒有提供浴袍浴鹽及剃鬚刀；迷你巴只有汽水沒有小食，要連住四晚先再免費提供第二次；電視沒有Netflix亦不能投屏，但有YouTube ；早餐餐廳及No.11的食物算是中規中矩吧；泳池環境很漂亮，沙灘也可以；服務員全都很友善；整體也算是對得起這個房價的

這家酒店工作人員偷東西，第二天晚上回來自己帶去的哈瓦那人字拖就不見了，這雙人字拖屬於比較貴的，跟前台反應後除了道歉外沒有解決方案，早上沖澡的時候由於沒有人字拖在浴室差點滑倒，被玻璃門割傷了腳，跟前台再次反應後還是衹説對不起，也沒説拿創可貼或膠帶給我處理傷口，而且懷疑是被人順走了拖鞋，要住的謹慎考慮 衞生： 下暴雨也沒有及時清理走廊，路面非常濕滑，對老年人和孩子也不友好

全部屋がシービューであるので景色については良いホテルと思います。バスタブもあるからその點も個人的には大満足です。ただ、隣の部屋が夜中に大きな聲で話をしていたのが聞こえて睡眠が妨げられてしまいました。電話の會話まで全て聞こえてきて、今まで様々なホテルに泊まったが初めての事で驚きました。スタッフの方々は皆さん優しい良い人達ばかりでとても気持ちがいいです。朝食は種類豊富で満足しました。

The resort was super cool! Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was nice and clean, with the sea view. There are also many facilities like infinity pool and gym inside the resort and you will definitely like the bar near the beach! Also, its only a 10 minute Grab ride to the famous Batu Ferringhi Night Market, pretty cool!

The hotel's service level seems overpriced compared to other 5-star hotels, especially considering the minimal amenities, cleanliness, and facilities. The 5-star rating appears misleading, as it may lead consumers to have high expectations that are not met. Disappointment begins with arrival at the lobby and continues through a challenging check-in experience at the front desk, complicated by language barriers (as they can't speak English). The walk to the room reveals dirt and stains that are too easily visible, which is not what one would expect from a 5-star hotel. Upon entering the room, we found that the floors had not been adequately cleaned, and the cabinets were covered in dust, making it unsuitable for storing our clothes. My wife had to call the housekeeping department to send someone to address these issues. Unfortunately, when the cleaner arrived and tried to address the cleanliness issues, they encountered another problem: body odour, which filled the room, creating a very unpleasant situation. My wife has no other alternative and has to sacrifice her Dior Perfume to spray the room to overcome the odour smell. This is a significant concern in the hospitality service industry. The following morning, at 7:00 am, my wife registered for the Yoga session in the Yoga Deck area. We can't believe the flooring wasn't suitable for yoga practices due to the dirt and stains on the floor, as my wife needs to use the swimming pool tower to cover the dirty floors before practising yoga. On the second morning, which was marked by heavy rain, the breakfast restaurant faced a serious problem. Guests were required to queue for at least 30-45 minutes to enter the restaurant. Outside, it was raining heavily, and the corridors were mostly splashed with rainwater. As my queue approaches the entrance, I can observe that some of the guests behind me are shouting that the counter registration can't be flexible and that the queuing issues need to be quickly resolved, as they are getting wet from the rainwater. Some guests have decided to adjourn the long breakfast queue. The floor staff wasn't considering the situation (having such a long queue when it rains), and it was an unpleasant experience for all guests in Angsana. On the last day of our stay, after we returned from breakfast, we found that our room door lock couldn't be opened with the access card. We had to inform the housekeeping staff and then follow up by walking over to the front counter to request assistance in cross-checking our room cards for any issues; in addition, we asked for a technician to be present and open the room door for us, after 20 mintues be waiting infront of the room, finally a gentlement bring his laptop and connecting into the degital lockset, with by passing and get the door unlock, due to the batery issue and require to replace it. This really blew our minds when we chose to stay at Angsana for two nights for MYR 2,413.00, with the feeling that our stay here at Angsana was difficult to pass up. We're supposed to relax here and end up with a so stressful, unpleasant experience in Angsana.

An Amazing Stay at Angsana Teluk Bahang! We had an incredible experience at Angsana Teluk Bahang. The beachfront location is stunning, the premier rooms are spacious with breathtaking sea views, and the infinity pool is perfect for relaxing. Staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The food—especially the breakfast and tea —was delicious and beautifully presented and refreshes daily. The Angsana Spa was a relaxing treat for all of us. All our stress melted away as deft hands worked their way. Every detail, from the Peranakan decor to the service, reflected quality and care. An Ideal site for a romantic getaway or family escape. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Our stay at Angsana Teluk Bahang, Penang was truly memorable. The room offered a stunning sea view and the most beautiful sunset, with a comfortable bed that ensured restful nights. The staff were warm and attentive, and breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. We loved the relaxing pool, ample parking, and the spectacular Saturday night Fire Show that made the stay unforgettable. A perfect staycation spot, highly recommended for its comfort, hospitality, and breathtaking views.
