巴巷海灘酒店 (Bahang Bay Hotel)

地理位置很偏，停車位充足，只適合自駕出遊。 離escape主題公園5分鐘車程，去山上的榴蓮園15分鐘車程。 距離海灘約7-8分鐘步程 酒店可安排免費高爾夫球車送往沙灘，但回酒店就要自己走路了。 旺季的話 性價比 比較高，淡季還是住到那幾家五星級resort去吧

房型設施很老，房間大但空調很吵非常吵，説噪音不為過。早餐種類極少，極其難吃！還會出現大面積缺供情況，不是時間早晚問題（每天早上8點吃）。位置很偏僻，不好打車，打車費用很高。 晚上很吵，樓下貓狗和雞，天沒亮就開始叫。 手機落出租車上了，讓酒店前台幫忙報警或者是提供報警電話，前台也拒絕，讓我們自己到警局報警。總之，體驗感極差的酒店，避雷！ The room type and facilities are very old. The room is large, but the air conditioner is very noisy. It is no except for noise. There are very few kinds of breakfast, and it's extremely bad! There will also be a large-scale shortage of supply, which is not a matter of time （eat at 8 o'clock every morning）. The location is very remote, it is not easy to take a taxi, and the cost of a taxi is very high. It was very noisy at night. The cats, dogs and chickens downstairs began to bark in the evening. I dropped my mobile phone in the taxi. I asked the hotel front desk to help me call the police or provide a phone number. The front desk also refused and asked us to go to the police station to call the police by ourselves. In a word, the hotel with a very bad sense of experience, avoid lightning!

床有血跡 不確定什麼血 讓人感覺不舒服 其他東西能接受

Sangat recomended pada yg mencari percutian dalam ketenangan. Breakfast semua sedap, tak rugi include package penginapan.

This is an excellent hotel. Strange thing is, when we first arrived there were few guests and we felt as if we had the whole place to ourselves. But then the tour buses arrived with Malaysian tourists eager to celebrate their National Independence Day. We then took advantage of the many events in and around the hotel, most notably an amazing buffet dinner that we were not expecting from the hotel staff. The restaurant here is very gourmet with much in the way of a western menu, along with Malaysian cuisine fusion. Kudos to the chefs and staff in the hotel's restaurant. Incredible breakfast buffet and absolutely delicious meals. Will not disappoint with hearty plates. We absolutely loved the swimming pool, which is not deep but that's okay. It was very clean and well maintained and we enjoyed it immensely. And the fitness room is very nice as well and seems well equipped. And the beach is much closer than you think; just across the street and it includes a crosswalk and lovely shaded trail. We loved the small cats that would roam the beach and area. It's an absolutely beautiful area that has that rural, small town feel to it. Our hotel room was well appointed with a comfortable bed and excellent shower and bathroom. And the television worked well when we retreated for the evenings. And the view from our window of the hillside of Penang National Park was gorgeous and awe-inspiring. I do wish we had stayed longer in this area of Penang Island. We could've have stayed here for a week and easily taken Grab Taxis or the bus into Georgetown. The tourist attractions in the area are worth it, including Penang National Park. We are hoping to return to this outstanding hotel for a future vacation.

I came on holiday with my 8-month-old baby, and the staff here have been incredibly helpful and friendly. They asked if I needed a baby cot, and once I said yes, they quickly arranged it and brought it to my room. The room itself is very spacious with a beautiful view. They even offered a complimentary welcome drink. The hotel also has a big swimming pool and a gym. What I really love is that they provide a playroom for kids, which makes it perfect for families. Just outside the hotel, there’s a small market, making it very convenient. I’ll definitely book here again the next time I visit Malaysia for a holiday.

Everything good, except 2 areas can further enhance: (1)air cond take longer time to cool. (2)Stay 5 days 4 nights, serve asean food, 80% of food same menu everyday, but no big deal for me. Will come back again.

-location, facilities, staff, cleanliness were all good. -staff was very helpful. -breakfast buffet was less variety but it's fine. -the aircon functioned well. -received welcoming drinks & rebate voucher. THE MINUS POINTS WERE; -I emailed & requested for a simple birthday deco as this was a birthday staycation for my husband & the staff who replied my email said okay and they will arrange. However, upon arrival in the room, there was no such decoration. -I wish there hotel could upgrade the tv to a smart tv instead. The analogue tv didn't have coverage in our room. Overall, i rate this hotel with 8/10 & will definitely repeat this hotel because it was so comfortable.

Our second visit was poor. When we asked if a disabled friendly room was available, we were told that it was Seaview and we had to pay more for this upgrade. We were annoyed so we declined as it seemed a penalty to be old and handicapped. Instead we asked for a chair so we could sit and bath. We were told the hotel does not supply chair even for this purpose. It was only when we were angry we were properly listened to. Room 1212 - the bathroom was not as clean. The room brown chair was torn and the toilet bowl was cracked. Except for an improved breakfast menu, by any standard, the hotel did not live up to our expectations.

房間還是滿乾淨的，就是兩張單人床床真的不到一米，特別窄。房間有小冰箱，熱水壺，有一次性牙刷和沐浴露洗髮水提供。在餐廳吃了一次午餐和一次晚餐，還有自助早餐，食物種類選擇少，但是做得也是很認真的，服務員態度都很好，還借餐廳冰箱幫我們放生日蛋糕，還借了打火機給我們點蠟燭。謝謝友善的服務員。酒店有泳池，就普通泳池，沒有娛樂設施，有一個小童房放了一些玩具和書本，還有一個桌球室。去海邊沙灘要過馬路，走路大概5分鐘。
