My stay was terrible. I had no hot water and had to stay two nights without a warm shower. I told them first thing am that I would be gone all day to please fix or move me. Came back that night still no hot water and they wouldn’t move me. Big kitchen but no supplies, no breakfast no hair dryers. For the little I saved it by far was the worse in a long time. They deserve 10 stars. We had to relocate here after a house fire so it’s been a few months. This is a new property, VERY CLEAN, not much noise, the staff is always friendly and helpful, they make sure the place is safe and secure (no loitering). We love it. Highly recommend

Great location in the middle of everything! Not too far from Dollywood, with Pigeon Forge on one side and Gatlinburg being 5 mins away!
