L’hôtel est correct, mais le propriétaire est malhonnête et profite des clients. Il promet des services qu’il ne fournit pas, prend l’argent et refuse de rembourser. Le transfert en taxi était trop cher, avec un chauffeur très âgé et malade qui conduisait dangereusement. Le tour de ville payé n’a jamais eu lieu. De plus, loger sur un bateau rend totalement dépendant du propriétaire : on se sent pris en otage. À éviter absolument, c’est un piège à touristes.

it was a fabulous experience and location of houseboat is excellent as there areso many eataries close by. To go from houseboat to street it just takes 3 mins of shikara ride so you can easily come and go to houseboat. Most amazing thing about this houseboat is view which is best among all the surrounding houseboats. Other house boat neighbors will feel jealous of you😉 because of view. you get window from which you can see the dal lake. There no obstruction to view.

The owner mr. Ibrahim was kind enough to send his personnel mr. Ashraf to ghat no. 12 to pick up us. We checked into our room without any verification and documents. He took the order for 2 home made lunches. Rice was well cooked and soft. Dal and chicken curry were not spicy they were tasty and went well with chapatis and rice. After lunch we watched wimbledon tennis for some time. They served khava. Kashmiri special tea. We went to boulevard road using their small boat. We had our dinner in a hotel outside. Came back and sat in the front, looking at the dal lake with lights. We had a sound sleep. They served us a sumptuous bread toast, omelette with tea. We checked out 9 am. It was a memorable and enjoyable stay. There were no mosquitoes. There was no music and disturbance. There was hot water available 24x7.

Hello Sir/madam The photographs and the name of the property that was shown is White House boats,but the name of the property is The new light house boat and the property is not as per the photographs most terrible is that there is No power electricity . When we object that we have booked White House boat but you are giving new light house boat they said it’s a group of house boats . Another bad part is that they charge for water bottle even though they not provide even a single free drinking water bottel. Next worst thing that the furniture totally broken it hurts us just on the first day first step I got a cut in my leg. As they said only 2 -3 families like four rooms they have, but the common area and area always remains occupied with many people as the nearby house boat people I think many people (families) coming one by one and enjoying dinning area balcony for which we have paid, when I object for this they said it’s like that only. They charge for transfers also like from ghat to that property they charge 100 rupees infact in houseboats transfers are totally free. Sorry but worst experience
