After checkout the receptionist callling and asked to pay additional Rs 2000/- . He is saying there are dues in my booking which needs to cleared.. but wherein we have done the payment and cleared the dues and done the checkout. After seeing the trouble and torcher I paid additional Rs 2000

Good service and clean rooms, good hotel. You can go for it. Food is also good in breakfast. Overall good experience.

The Grand Mamta was an amazing place to stay and one of the finest properties I've stayed in. The rooms were very fine, the beds were great and the washroom was excellent. The staff were courteous and friendly but not overly so - but that's a Srinagar thing in general. The most amazing thing about this hotel was the food - every single item we tried in the menu was amazing, and Firdaus in the restaurant provided service which was above and beyond what I'd expect from a waiter. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for the rooms, the food and the amazing location it is at - very close to Dalgate and at the entrance of Boulevard Road.

Hotel location was good. It's in the heart of the city. Hotel staff is not good, very rude behaviour with the guests and restaurant food is average (taste wise). So, overall it's an average stay.

There was spiders in my room and room was not up to mark when i book room property shows bathtub but vha nh tha even washroom h proper clean

Room interior is good. Breakfast and dinner spread is not that great. Room service is fine. Its not hotel issue but somehow we were able to hear everything from corridor outside in the closed room, which disturbed us after 10pm. Too many children in adjacent rooms were playing cricket and games in the corridor area. Hotel staff helped us and took action post our complaint.

Staff is Supportive. Rooms are Well Maintained. We stayed for more than a Week. Rooms are Big and have in-Built Heater with a Thermostat. They also have an Elevator (comfy for Elders).

The hotel cleanliness was good. Housekeeping staff were very good. All the staff were courteous. I would like to specially mention the names of reception staff: Mohammad Shafi, Haroom Ahmad and Asim who were very cooperative, concerned and understanding. The restaurant staff provided excellent services. Overall our stay was very enjoyable at Grand Mamata.
