I really very disappointed when i come at hotel.. Staff not reached luggage on room and left luggage near lift... Bathroom condition is very bad like hotel are too much old.... Only hot water in all tap no cold water for mixup.... And properties are too much old....in Breakfast only two thing... Nothing else..... Must must improve all properties....

There was a rush booking in the hotel for that reason the hotelier wanted us to shift to a different hotel but we denied, the service of the hotelier was good, the rooms and washroom was decent.

Overall good stay . Food was great. Room was ok. Staff behaviour good. We enjoined our stay. One thing lacking is room cleaning. Swiping is not done. So, the rooms were full of dust and soil. Also, there were stinking water in the bathroom.

we stay in this hotel for 4 days. we booked 3 rooms. our stays was very good and comfortable. Air condotioner available in all 3 rooms. room and bathroom are clean. hospitality of staff is very prompt and good. we apreciate hotel staff for comfortable stay of our family at your hotel.

Washroom was not good and the taste and smell of drinking water is so bad. Water comes in washroom also smell very bad

1.Days were without Electricity even they have power back. 2.Wi-Fi not working. 3. TV not working. 4. Toilet does not have basic gyeine services ( No Toilet rolls, Dental kit, Handwash) only soap is available in the toilets. 5. Basic food was available in breakfast buffet. . Basic Amenities were not good

Commode was broken, bathroom door was not closing, bathroom was not cleaned properly stains were there in wash basin, tv was not working after multiple complaints wherein other rooms tv was working. When called manager for some requirement he replied i am busy call me after 5-10 mins.
