In short, its the worst 4 star hotel i have stayed in. Food: breakfast and dinner were average. I have seen 3 star hotels give out better quality food with better options. Rooms: the premium and the duluxe room both are the same size. The premium room is filled with unnecessary furnitures in the name of 'luxury. Plus it reduces the amount of walk space. Not worth the price. Bathroom: hand spray was defective. Room service: pathetic. You literally have to beg for everything. Staff is quite untrained and does not have the basic knowledge on how to speak to a guest. I asked for a water jar refill, i never got it. I paid for 3 person, but they did not want to give a pillow for the 3rd person and asked me to manage with the existing pillows. Infrastructure: looks good on the inside. Reception: all staff seems to be quite confused all the time.

Location is away from airport but then it is near the dal jheel. Food is average. Breakfast was included in my room booking but that was average. Amenities are also average. But services are prompt and good.

Hotel service in all aspects was an excellent, right from welcome, cleanliness of room, food and beverages, room service excellent, staff and manager at reception and restaurant is very polite and possess good hospitality skills. Hotel as observed seems to be family hotel and safe place especially for tourist.

Hotel people are money minded and un professional, we have ordered food to the room and the person has forced us to pay it right that time and it cannot be paid at the time of checkout…what kind of service is this!! They did not provide room heater and kept the AC in 30degrees. Complete nonsense!! Such a waste of money and unpleasant stay!

Best facilities, clean property, food was amazing with lots of option. Heating system was good. Overall my best experience in srinagar
