فندق ممتاز وموقعه في وسط المول وطاقم العمل رائعين. الافطار يحتاج الى تغيير يومي والى اضافة اصناف جديدة وشكرا لجميع العاملين فيه. واي زيارة مستقبلية لكشمير فسوف احجز فيه بدون تردد.

It was a nice stay..with staffs beings very helpful. Location is great..hotel being inside City Mall is added advantage. Food is excellent..just more starters and sweet dish would be great in buffet.

It's a new hotel which is the reason they give for poor service. There are three supervisors and 2 stewards in one time buffet. The stewards are slow in clearing the tables and refilling things. The supervisors are irritated due to lack of staff and feel pressured to attend the customers. Lack of management, improper staff training and lack of ownership in the managers is clearly visible. I request the team to visit Taj Fateh Prakash Palace Udaipur or Double tree by Hilton Amer or Radisson Kumbhalgarh to see how they handle service and grievances. This review is not negative but a need for self reflection for Sarovar Premiere Srinagar.

My stay was excellent. The staff were extremely humble and caring. The room was spacious and well-equipped with great facilities. The location is convenient, just a short walk to Lal Chowk. The food quality was outstanding. Highly recommended!
