Central location off the main road so no noise most of the rooms are west facing so got beautiful view of sunset and being there in full moon days at 4. 30 am could see the moon lying in the bed as it was election time there was only one more room occupied so no buffet was laid bit still lot of variety menu set as per our request food was good service courteous at the restaurant reception and house keeping

The bathroom exhaust was not working ...despite complaining nothing happened _ they said it's a technical issue and they will get it fixed - we stayed there for 3 nights ... We got our room changed when we complained about the exhaust as after the toilet usage the foul smell has no where to escape but to spread in room . But unfortunately even in the 2nd room problem remained the same . We were using the restaurant's washroom where the exhaust where working to avoid the foul smell . Restaurant staff was also rude ..service was bad - when my aged father asked for water they said take it yourself as it's a buffet . Such bad behaviour and rude talking too . When i passed smile as a moment of gesture they didn't even pass the smile back . Felt like an outsider and an unwanted guest. Only one receptionist was good . Do recommended for your enemies . Very poor stay 💩

The place is in the middle of the city and close to market. Well maintained and hygienic. Well behaved and cooperative staff. Food is also ok

Booked this hotel for a short stay of 1 night as i had to take an early morning flight. Overall felt like a three star hotel although it is being marketed as a 5 star. The maintenance in the room was poor with markings on the wall and the overall cleanliness was not up to the mark. The only positive was the reception staff was responsive and he helped me book a cab in the morning.

Hotel asked to pay additional for our children who are aged 6 years and 8 months. We declared while booking 6 years. They were forcing that our children is 7 years so you will have to pay extra.
