hotel struggling to provide basic like bath towels and out of 4 days one day bathroom taps were dry.... on arrival washroom was stinking and a few mosquito like things also bothered my kid a lot. breakfast was never available at 0800 as advertised...

The rooms were dirty, cockroaches were roaming, unwashed towels. Room service was not allprompt, they had only 1 house keeper. Even after dinner being included no buffet was available, they offered ala carte but not all options were available. And we were informed about the non-availability only ahead of serving. Breakfast was below average.This is was a sad experience .
