Who has given this hotel 4 star rating and on what basis, not sure. This was the not more than 2 star hotel. The bedsheets were having hair, Washrooms were not clean, and on asking for towel for our baby, they started questioning. Food was average.

Upper floor rooms were quite spacious with all facilities like hot water, heater, kettle etc. Services are top notch, with just one call, things are resolved immediately.

The restaurant was awesome. Hotel was old, so the little improvement required in the bathroom mainly. Location wise superb.

Good ambience, away from the dal lake crowd. Peaceful. Spacious garden. Jamal is basically is known carpet house that is in front of hotel. Property is a combination of carpet house, hotel and restuarant. Good room service.

This resort is away from the main city, close to dal lake and nishat garden. Rooms are clean and well maintained. There is a nice garden in the premises. However, the food quality is just okay and a bit expensive.

The hotel is located a little away from the main city, close to Dal lake. Nishat Garden and Shalimar garden both are at close distance.

The hotel location is good, near mughal gardens and easily accessible in the city. The rooms were decent and clean, the rooms were not that modern looking but they were good. The food was good including dinner and breakfast. The service was also good, the local staff was nice and friendly. Their carpet shop next to the hotel had a very good collection.

We stayed for one night. The hotel room had very old furnishings and lacked the cleanliness expected for a 4 star hotel. Location was also not very access-able. Food was average. Staff was hospitable though ( only plus point i found)
