The stay was very satisfying, we are arrived late at night amid snowfall but the staff was very cooperative, i will recommend aksa for travellers with family

I don't like my stay much, food served wasn't fresh, room bedsheets were dirty and geyser wasn't working. Overall i didn't like my stay and checked out in an hour

Hotel staff upgraded my room from delux to super delux which is a sign of their very good gesture. Very friendly and good staff.

It was an good experience to stay. It's affordable, hotel has good amenities required for making stay comfortable. It's well connected in middle of city center and at walking distance from lal chowk. Nearby to airport and dal lake
