Hotel was below average, rooms are congested , near by location not good at all , food is so so , staff is good , no near by market … not value for money at all.

Hotel apple orchard resort & spa is not a resort by any standard. It has no spa nor does it have an apple orchard. Its too small to call it an orchard. Location is rather inconvenient. Service at hotel is average. Food is alright but nothing kashmiri. Staff is courteous but the hotel is ill-equipped.

Customer service, room service and foods are very good. Garden is very excellent. Size of rooms are very good. Price is affordable.

A small property tucked away in a quiet lane away from the chaos in the city. Rooms are reasonably comfortable with all amenities including an ironing board and iron hair dryer and electric kettle. However the shower cubicles glass were totally stained and tiles stained. Food in the restaurant has a wide variety and quite tasty

Made biggest mistake by doing booking through make my 永安 since hotel staff gave me room in backyard with no view and didnt expected request for changing room either. Rude and arrogant behaviour by hotel staff by saying 25 days prior booking means nothing to them since people use to book 4 months in advance. Such customer experience can be for one time only be it hotel or make my 永安. Very bad experience
