Property location is in nigeen lake area where shikara will pickup and drop you back. The same houseboat where i stayed is available using a different name the jewel of crown which cost 3times higher when compared to canada houseboats. To all the traveller's, only 1pickup and drop is free of cost or you can say included in houseboat booking, after that shikara will charge 300min for round 永安. Houseboat is well maintained, both caretaker and food is good.

They changed my stay to another house boat not same as shown in photos. Breakfast is not worth for including in booking.

Very nice view and interiors. The wood carvings are something i can keep looking at and admiring. The houseboat is on nigeen lake. And all the rooms in our boat faces the lake. It's much cleaner and quiter than dal lake. Would love to come back

DO NOT EAT ANYTHING HERE, OWNER CHARGES TOO MUCH. 🚩Really great interiors, it’s been kept very neat and tidy by Mr. Mushtaq, great service and help from him. However, BIG COMPLAINT about the owner who charges exorbitantly for food especially when he knows that the location is very remote with no restaurants nearby. Very disappointed that he charged ₹3000 for mere dal chawal lunch.

Had a pleasant stay. Location-wise you get a beautiful lake with mountain view from every room. Houseboat caretaker mr. Mushtaq was really polite and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean. Beautiful houseboat with amazing views. Overall it was an awesome experience!

Great experience. Very scenic views. Situated on nigeen lake which is way quieter and beautiful than dal lake. Highly recommended staying here. Naseer bhai took great care of us. Also great home cooked local food.

House boat was very clean n kept in good shape. Loved my room bathroom had a bathtub which was nice. Sat on top deck in the evening n it was amazing. Staff was helpful n nice.

Houseboat stay were excellent. Rooms were spacious, living room dining and deck are well maintained and decorated. It's a must stay if u are visiting srinagar. I would recommend atleast 2 days stay at this property. Only 1 issue is they don't serve al carte menu and you need to order for entire group at buffet rates which i felt was on higher side.
