the stay was very good. the location ghat 17 was very close to local market and other eatery food joint. The staff was quite friendly and very helpful. we had a wonderful shikara ride with lots of local shopping

This was our 1st experience in a house boat. And it was amazing. Rooms were clean, which we were skeptical about. Staffs were coordial. Food was also homely. Everything was great. Must be on everyone's bucket list while visiting kashmir. Its an amazing experience.

Rooms were ok but food and heating was terrible. The place did not have proper heating. It was so cold that we were not able to sleep properly. Constant power failures and low voltages rendered the bed heaters useless. The ac did not make any difference even when it was running. The food was low quality and barely eatable. Not worth the price we paid.
