Dirty room and no facility and no security and very poor hotel , that’s why we are not stay in hotel

We were traveling from cochin to srinagar, our flight connecting from hyderabad got delayed. Finally after reaching srinagar there was no network service at all, so we rushed a cab to the hotel maria's and within no time they let us check in. Nice experience, good service and people! do visit.

The rooms are good. But there was no heating system in the room or hot water supply in the bathroom in the bitterly cold environment of the last week of december. The hotel staffs are not cooperative.

Very bad service. The host first used to speak very softly but when it comes to provide service very bad at that. Wifi didnt work for my 2 days stay. I called many times but said we cant do anything. Then in night while sleeping they cut the electricity from outside and we have to sleep without dan
