There is no electricity in boat till my check out, don’t tell there any one in houseboat to book taxi because there is setting from taxi driver, make your own arrangements

Ammenities that were written in the description while booking was not there, there were not hot water supply, it was freezing cold but there was no heater and washrooms were really bad dirty towels and for three guest they just provided two towels when i asked for another they refused to give

This place is good we stayed there for 1 night. They served very nice dinner. What we did not like was there was no hot water. N breakfast was not good at all. They need to improve breakfast quality.

Booked two rooms in this houseboat for one night. There were two senior citizens and a baby with us. First of all, there is no way to reach the houseboat other than the boats. We were charged an unreasonable amount of 500 for doing to and fro to the houseboat which was never told to us earlier and which should be included in the total tariff. Don’t know how else they expect their guests to reach the houseboat -by swimming? secondly, there was no facility available at the boat, not even a bottle of normal mineral water. Think about that, especially when you’ve a baby with you. We had to take the boat again to go to the market to get basic drinking water and some food - extra money to loot for them. The boat was so hot that it unbearable to even stay for an hour, there is no ac, just the fans. We had to leave their property within 2. 5 hours. When we called the owner asking why he never mentioned about boat charges, he said he’d enquire, but never did!

Veer bad hospitality, location is very far from dal lake, no proper arrangements for guests like stairs is available, staff behaves rudely is extremely expensive for the price and service the offer, i do not recommend this to anyone
