Comfortable stay with family. Neat & Clean rooms with excellent food served at breakfast & dinner. Highly recommend this hotel.

I booked this and found an amazing stay here. Stuffs are very polite and they take care of your children too. You can have to your breakfast, lunch and dinner on buffet here. Meals are delicious and if you want these on ala carte then you have to order before few hours.

We’ll supportive staff and good behaviour, served my family with food late night when all restaurants were closed and near and clean rooms

Too far from the city, staff behaviour is not good, not available hot water in the room overall not good for staying.

Hi my booking was 29th to 1 of jan but I can see the behaviour then I have shifted to another hotel because the staff is too bad behaviour and they serve cold food and whenever I ask for the water, they said we can’t give you at night even though 11 o’clock so over the experience is bad. I never recommended this property, and the first thing is also it show’s it’s front of dal lake. But. No can tell.tell you if you are going to book this property in winters, you will face lot of problem it’s stand heel you will not go up late evening and in morning be very carefull

Rude behaviour food quality is too bad people don’t bothered for anything. The water is coming or not. They don’t serve water at night if it emergency so overall the experience is too bad. Cold breakfast

Room was average not so classic as it looked in the pictures. The property is located on isolated place far and looked not safe. Breakfast was not good everything was cold. Asked for extra money while departure
