A unique and beautiful place. You feel like you are stepping back in time when you open the front door. There is a quirkiness to no people working at the hotel during your stay and you receive an email with the codes to the front door and your room but that does add to the nostalgia of the hotel setting. I didn't have enough free time to really spend time to explore this special and rare place. The decor and atmosphere is beyond what any other hotel can offer at the price they offer. There is plenty of artwork to admire too. I stayed in room 204. If I am in St Catharines' in the future, I will stay there again. Dave G
