I would describe the hotel as ideally situated to the city centre, just few minutes walking distance from the sea and cafes, restaurants and shops. In terms of the facilities, the hotel can be rated as excellent since they ensure high quality standards are maintained when it comes to service, accommodating the needs of guests and going out of their way to ensure the guest has a pleasant experience. Room was spacious, neat and clean and everything was included, i.e., bottle of water and shower gels and towels were all provided.

I booked a room with a big window, however on arrival I was offered a room like this dark and complained to them but didn’t care at all. Was very unwelcoming staff mainly Mr Xavier (the front house supervisor). I am a business traveler and I experienced very worse and unwelcoming in a hotel for the first time. Definitely I wouldn’t book again and can’t recommend.

The hotel is clean, the staff are nice and helpful. The drive route to car park is a bit narrow and has to drive slowly and carefully. A draw back is the air conditioner cannot change from heat mode to cool as the room is a bit hot, we have to open the window. Luckily not much noise is heard during midnight. Overall we are quit satisfy with this hotel.

Sono stata in questo Hotel per la seconda volta Ci hanno trattati super bene Ci siamo sentiti coccolati Siccome eravamo già clienti e con nostra meraviglia ci hanno fatto un upgrade della camera,assegnandoci una privilege al 9°piano con super vista sulla baia Ci hanno omaggiati con acqua succhi e cioccolata e un biglietto di benvenuto personalizzato Che dire hotel fantastico personale meraviglioso Camera e colazione da 5 stelle Ovviamente torneremo Super soddisfatti
