I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The rooftop pool was a lovely feature, even though the water was a little cold — understandable for October. The spa located beneath the hotel provided a relaxing retreat, especially after a lively evening out. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I stayed at Hugo’s Hotel with my girlfriend and overall, we had a great experience. The room was clean, and the service throughout the hotel was friendly and professional. The receptionist and staff were welcoming, and we especially enjoyed the spa and pool facilities. That said, the hotel is located right in the heart of Paceville, so if you’re a light sleeper, be aware that the nightlife can get quite loud between 11 PM and 4 AM. Some soundproofing improvements to the windows would definitely help. The pool area was nice, but the water could have been cleaner. Despite these minor issues, we still had a very pleasant stay. I’d rate it 4.5 stars.

Since it’s adult only I thought was a relax spa- but it’s a party hotel, with loud music, alcohol and party The pool just open 10:00 and you’re not able to be there before- even if it’s super hot and it’s open. That’s is annoying for those who want to enjoy the silence to read a book The sauna smells mound and the intern pool it’s cold water

El hotel es precioso sin embargo la atención no lo es tanto, los recepcionistas tienen muy poca empatía. Y no hay buena comunicación entre su equipo. La única chica (la más amable) me concedió un Late C/o til 3pm y luego me dijeron que no. Después me dijeron que si hasta la 1pm Free. En vista que de la piscina estaba cerrada he tenido que ir a otro hotel y he tardado más, no paraban de llamarme a las 2pm para que dejara la habitación y luego me cobraron el late c/o Como si me hubiese quedado hasta las 4pm!!! de locos!! honestamente un pésimo trabajo en equipo. También hay mucha desinformación teniendo en cuenta que la piscina y el spa está en el otro edificio no te saben dar información verídica de si está operativo o no. Realmente lamentable para lo bonito que es el hotel. Ahora vuelvo a malta y lo descarto solo por la mala atención del personal…
