Not happy I didn't book anything and $252.79 was taken out of my account that I didn't authorise and I have asked and asked for my money to be put back into my account asap and no one will help me I have already contacted the bank and they are going to investigate it but it's not rocket science for you to refund my money back into my account asap before the bank to investigate the matter for me and get my money back because bottom line it's theft and I've been a qualified in the motel/hotel industry since I was 14 years old and by law you have to refund my money and if you don't not only is the bank going to investigate it but I will also ring the ombudsmen and worksafe and they will also investigate the motel/hotel what you are doing by not refunding my money it's a federal afence what you are doing and no one wants them getting involved federal fraud is not a good thing it's worse than stealing a car or stealing from shops so do the right thing and refund my money back into my account asap please
