比網上點評的好很多，從温莎火車站步30分鐘到酒店，酒店海拔較低，來時一路緩坡下行，步10分鐘到St Kilda Pier，聖科達海灘風景優美。附近有Woolworths等超市，購物方便。入住需信用卡扣1澳元按金，退房時，如果沒有額外消費可退回。房間、衞生間寬敞，窗戶能打開，乾淨舒適，房間內熱水壺、冰箱、吹風機、空調等設施齊全，還有免費的袋裝咖啡、茶、牛奶，免費wifi好用。總之，性價比高，服務好，值得入住。

Very happy with this accommodation- I even extended my stay.  Only con I can pick is the internet connection wifi wasn’t great , but for travellers that shouldn’t be too much of a problem as there is heaps to do in the area.

Everything was great here, close to multiple delicious restaurants and the big breakfast and the coffee and hot chocolate were fantastic too.

We had a delightful little stay , 3nights all up. The extra bed we asked for was there bathroom was a good size for three of us and totally quiet at night which, in a n8ghtspot, was pleasing. One stain on an item of bedding was noticed but didn't spoil anything

Giving the St Kilda Beach Hotel a terrible review due to the end service. On the day we checked out of the hotel, we remembered about leaving a jacket in the wardrobe. I called the hotel to ask them to collect it from the wardrobe and put it aside for us to arrange pick up. They said there was no jacket left behind. They hadn't given the room to new guests, but it had been cleaned after we left. I asked them to speak with the cleaner but no jacket was handed in. Confident the jacket must have been stolen by staff as there is no other option if it's not still in the wardrobe and it's not in their lost property. They were no help with other suggestions when I phoned them (two consecutive days).

Hotel charges surprise deposit of $100 despite it not being listed or even mentioned in the policies section on 永安 or other welk known booking site. The desk receptionist told me that no hotels list deposit policies and cut me off with "if Don't pay the deposit, you don't stay at the hotel;" I was only pointing out that it needs to be stated but he wasn't interested in playing the customer service or hotel representative or hospitality employee. He was playing Boss man, landlord shame he was rude because everything else was quite alright.
