- 儘管在預訂時到列明要高層景觀較開揚的房間，但入住的房間是低層且窗口是看着酒店通道，跟本沒有私隱，要長時間下窗簾，十分失望 -房內燈光陰暗 -浴室設計是ー般歐洲酒店風格，沖涼水會向外濺濕，需加數塊地布吸水 - 入住前 - 兩星期發電郵至酒店，到離開時也沒有收到任何回覆 - 交通尚算方便，近 SkyView 和商場

The hotel is not very clean, particularly in the corridors. Both the rooms and corridors are carpeted, which makes proper cleaning difficult. The bathroom amenities are poor—they only provided hand wash and body wash, with no shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, or Kleenex. Breakfast had limited variety but was acceptable. The staff were not very friendly; the woman who checked us in was especially rude. On top of that, housekeeping tried to clean our room well before our check-out time, which was strange. We had to tell them we weren’t ready to leave yet, as check-out time had not arrived.

Inte så hemtrevligt på väggarna i rummet ,totalt kalt bara en TV och skitig vägg med ett stort hål i. Städare bytte handduk och vi fick en liten och en stor på 2 personer. Annars bra läge,bra frukost,trevlig entrepersonal.

처음 객실 체크인하고 입실해보니 룸 청소가 거의 안된 상태로 배정받아 재청소 요청하여 40분정도 룸앞에서 기다렸음. 다음날 룸청소 요청했으나 또 개판,~~타올교체도 안되어 있고~~룸슬리퍼등 용품도 없고 (요청하니 가져다 줬음).욕실 청소도 ~욕실내 샴푸도 빈통으로 있고, 커피포트도 세척 안되어 이물질 가득하고~~ㅠ 이런 호텔 처음봄~~그래도 조식은 먹을만 했음

Trevlig personal och god frukost. Stort plus att laddning av bil ingick i priset för parkering. Däremot var det smutsigt på rummet. Rester av chips, ostbågar och annat på heltäckningsmatta. Samt dammigt på flera ställen. Bland annat massor med damm på dörrkarmen inne i badrummet.

Room doesn't have a fridge and feels a bit basic. But everything else is good. Decent gym open 24 hours. Nice breakfast. Large spaces in reception to work, relax, play ping pong!

Even if the room had been half of the prize, I would have found it overprized for what you get. The only reason to stay here would be it being near the arena. The bed cover had white dried stains on it 😩 and there were hairs and dust by the end of the bed against the wall. Also two of the pillowcases were inside out and the pillow dented which made me suspicious. The carpet did not feel very clean. The staff is very friendly and someone swapped out the blanket directly so I don’t think the problem is with staff, but planning of resources. Also the kettle did not work and the room was cold even on max temp. I am sorry to say I cannot believe I paid 6400kr for two nights with this standard. The sole reason to stay here is location which was great for a concert.

Bästa läget för konserbesök på Avicci Arena och 3Arena. Slakthus-pmrådet alldeles intill också. Lätt att parkera bil i p-hus i Globen Shopping. Snabb incheckning. Stor lobby med mycket utrymme att umgås, samt bar. Rummet helt ok, dock var både dusch- och handtvål slut i sina behållare när vi fick rummet. Sånt som händer. Plus för riktig dusch, ingen badkars-kombo. Bra och gedigen frukost med allt vi behövde.
