Good hotel, nice location for what we needed. Great breakfast & restaurant. Could do with an update but on the whole was good value & a pleasant stay.

Really nice stay, the staff were welcoming & helpful. The room was nice, it could do with updating but ok, would have been nice to have a fridge for bottled water. The restaurant was really good. There was a good selection on the menu & very reasonably priced. The breakfast was also more than adequate. My only criticism was that when we tried to scan our greene king app which we use all the time & usually gives a discount on drinks the man serving us, made us feel embarrassed, as was quite loud at telling us it's not a sports bar & he would Not scan the app we have.

This place was nice. The room was a little out dated but it was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The wi-fi wasn’t the best and the tv was blocked from connecting to the wifi so no Netflix etc. The staff on reception were very friendly. We didn’t take breakfast but we ate dinner in there restaurant, reasonably priced and some good meal options and deals, it was a bit loud as it’s also a bar.
