I could not sleep properly all night and had to call staff to intervene and stop what sounded like other guests have a war. I was disturbed all night by ASB shouting and screaming. Other guests were fighting, running up and down the corridor and fighting and banging in their rooms. The soundproofing was terrible . There were some undesirable characters hanging out outside the hotel entrance, like they’re on something. Staff were nice and responded to my noise and ASB complaints quickly but this is definitely not a place I will ever stay at again. It was a house of horrors all night and I lost a night’s sleep. Rooms are big and but renovation is needed badly. Carpets need changing. Convenient location but the place is not for those seeking peace and rest.

Back ina time it was really great hotel and now it is till they need little bit renovation but trust me it’s a great hotel nice swimming pool you have to have swimming cap and googles to swim which was not told before and I don’t think k this is right but service rooms breakfast location is all great another thing I do t like they took deposit which didn’t make sense and they haven’t returned yet
