위치도 괞잖고 아침식사도 마음에 들어습니다 그런데 직원들이 조금은 친절함이 업는것 같아 서운했어요 단지 호텔시설이 조금은 낡은것갔아요

Hotel OK....Definitely needs a spruce up..Furniture looking pretty old and dated... Unfortunately they didn't mention the building work next door at the time of booking..and opposite is a dumping ground for the building work which is going on...

The hotel location is good, just 5 mins walk to the beach and bus terminal where you get bus to Valetta and many other places for €2.5. Hotel gave us leaflets for bus schedule, map when check in which is very good. Many restaurants and convenient stores near by. I was sick after having €12 buffet dinner in the hotel. May be due to small flies on the water melon. Suggest hotel put lids on all food trays. Breakfast is ok with enough choices. Dissapointed on the amenities. Only one bottle of liquid soap for both hair and body. No conditioner. Both pools are with salty water. The indoor pool water is so salty and full of chemical smell. Not suitable for human to swim. It's a scam that hotel charges weekly fee and deposite for in room safety box. Also charge deposite for TV remote.

Horrible. Le sobran 2 estrellas. Para empezar, llegué al hotel y no encontraban mi reserva; media hora estuve esperando y la recepcionista muy borde. Me dieron la habitación y cuando entré en ella parecía como si no estuviese preparada. El baño tenía los cristales sucios, con marcas de gotas y manchas, la ducha funcionaba mal a veces, las toallas estaban viejas y con manchas y HABÍA C*CA EN EL RETRETE!!!!!! Los muebles viejos y las sábanas muy viejas y con algún pelo por aquí y por allá. Lo siguiente fue el buffet de la cena. Para empezar, las bebidas no están incluidas; me trajeron el refresco y el chico me extendió la mano en la cara diciendo el precio como diciendo “venga espabila págame”. Apenas había variedad de comida, y no era de buena calidad. Los postres nefastos… dos miserables pasteles. Pero aun peor era el buffet del desayuno: ni un croissant!! Pan de mala calidad y zumo de máquina mala que más que zumo parecía y sabía a agua con colorante. El restaurante muy pequeño y enseguida se llenaba, hasta costaba encontrar sitio! Fue una experiencia desagradable y no volvería a ir nunca. Ahora entiendo por qué el precio era barato para un “supuesto” hotel 4*.

It’s really great. I spent a great moment in that hotel and everybody was kind and helped me a lot. So I thanked them for things those they have done for me and wow I loved their meals and their services. ❤️ The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the bedroom), and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation.
