Très mauvaise expérience Un endroit horrible, je déconseillerai en ce moment parce qu'il y a les travaux à côté de l'hôtel, c'est horrible. Le matin on est réveillé à 6h30, impossible de dormir. Obligé d'aller dans un autre hôtel pour être plus tranquille, parce qu'en plus la moisissure sur les murs derrière la porte de la chambre, il fallait la voir, surtout que le jour même où on l'a fait remonter, le monsieur de la maintenance était passé pour mettre du plâtre et passer un coup de peinture, mais c'est revenu dès le lendemain. Les traces de flatulences sur un coussin, le sang sur les rideaux, c'est pas top. Néanmoins, le personnel a été très sympa, quoi que certains tiraient la gueule, je crois qu'on les a vexé. Et trop de jeunes dans l'hôtel qui foutent le ******, surtout au spa et à la piscine où ils ne respectent même pas le règlement. Les panneaux d'affichage ça sert à quelque chose mais ils ne les respectent pas. Mercredi 11 Mars, nous sommes partis toute la journée visiter Comino, Gozo et le lagon bleu, nous revenons à la chambre, et les agents d'entretien qui ont fait le ménage nous ont laissé la porte ouverte toute la journée, ça veut dire quelqu'un aurait pu rentrer nous voler des affaires, mais heureusement qu'il ne s'est rien passé. Malgré tout, on les remercie pour leur accueil. On a quand même eu l'impression d'être jugé pour notre mauvais anglais parce qu'en plus, comme on avait des complications à parler, ils nous regardaient avec une tête de pas content.

We have just come back from our holiday and were pleased to stay at this hotel. Very good value for money! FREE WIFI! With good reception in rooms too! We had our towels cleaned every day, rooms are comfortable and great for this price we paid. Staff is friendly, breakfast is good. The indoor swimming pool is very warm, however I was disappointed that there was no sauna (in some old website listings it was mentioned that they did have sauna at some point, but not longer the case). Jacuzzi was very warm in the first few days, but with luke warm water the rest of our stay. 7 euros city tax for 2 people. They offer evening entertainment 2-3 times a week with some live music, which was enjoyable. The hotel is very clean and smells pleasant. Nice cocktails at the bar. Generally I would recommend this hotel, you get what you pay for!

Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji, blisko do centrum. Ogólnie czysto, personel dba o gości jednak hotel najlepsze lata ma już za sobą, przydałby się remont i odświeżenie pokojów.

Очень уютный и чистый номер.  Персонал отличный,всегда рады помочь.уборка каждый день.завтраки отличные. Смело можете заказывать обед и ужин еда вкусная.обязательно вернусь

Appalling service!! We lost electricity multiple times a day/night in a room and when we approached staff they did not seem to really care or do anything about it. It is obviously an ongoing issue but failed to tell any guests. I have tried emailing them whilst we were there as well to try and get some resolution/refund/room change but no one would respond. I will be chasing up again as not having basic electricity at times in a hotel you pay good money for is absolutely ridiculous.

Heel fijn hotel, met een prima ontbijt waar de kamers verder wel gewoon gemiddeld zijn maar is voor het geld (30 euro) niet erg.
