첫날 너무나 좋아서 돈을 조금더 지불하고 고층으로 업그레이드 했는데, 뷰가 충격적이더군요! 여긴 싼방이 더 좋습니다,,. 눈앞에서 포크레인과 타워크레인이 왔다갔다 합니다 ㅜㅜ 이딴걸 돈받고 파는걸보면 트립닷컴도 호텔도 다들 제정신일까요? 아침 8시부터 시작되는 소음은 해가질때까지 계속됩니다

Hotel na ocenę średnio 3. Położenie hotelu jest świetne, blisko zajezdni autobusowej co jest na wielki plus oraz promenady i miejsca wypadowego na rejsy. Wejście do hotelu ładne, miejsce śniadań gustowne i same śniadania na 2-3 dni max. Ok. Obsługa w recepcji 80% mało pomocna i nieprofesjonalna prócz dwóch osób-pan w średnim wieku i pani w średnim wieku 😘oraz kelnerzy na śniadaniu 👍. Pokoje już mocno wiekowe i zaniedbane oraz nie domyte, ręczniki straszne sprane🫤ale na 2-3 dni jest ok. Łóżka wygodne. Malta warta odwiedzenia 😌

Good location. Near the Bus Terminal. Easy access to shops and restaurants. Breakfast buffet in the restaurant is good. Staff are very friendly.

Buenas servicio del hotel, buenas instalaciones, tienes la opción de dejar las maletas hasta la hora de entrada. Camas cómodas y buena limpieza. Muy buenas comunicación, estación de buses a 100 metros.

Un lugar muy agradable que aconsejó que vayan y acogedores.

Everything is excellent but one thing is missing slipper and drinking water bottles for the guests as guest cannot walk on the floor without slipper and also add drinking water bottles for the guests

Le quartier est super bien placé et dynamique, proche de tout ! Le roof top, la piscine et le bar sont top, mais la vue est un peu gâchée par les immeubles en constructions autour. Le personnel est très accueillant et répond rapidement à toute demande. Attention aux horaires de petit-déjeuner, si vous avez le malheur de vous présenter à 10h01, vous n’aurez pas le droit au moindre café… Les chambres sont confortables, équipée d’une petite terrasse individuelle, très pratique, mais nous n’avions pas de pression d’eau chaude dans la douche, dommage. Le quartier est sympa Et nous n’avions jamais eu de problème à nous garer gratuitement autour de l’hôtel durant tout notre séjour. Je recommande !

We left after one night, even though we booked three nights. It was totally not our kind of stay, we felt we were in a hostel and not in a hotel. The staff was certainly kind, no bad word for the people working in the hotel in often unthankful conditions. But the accomodation itself was totally not what we expected or hoped for. Our very small balcony was at the same hight as the hotel next door, so we had a tremendous amount of noice from their rooftop pool and the rooftop airco vents. Since our balcony door was broken and could not close properly, the noice was too much to relax or sleep. Our 9th level room was also next to the elevator motors, so that didn't help either to make it a bit comfortable. The whole night we could enjoy the sound of people using the three elevators. We tried to make it work and set ourself over the situation, but there was not much to lighten up the situation. There was not much too see in the neighborhood of the hotel, the rooftop pool of the hotel was so crowded (much like the whole island of Malta) so we weren't able to enjoy it, our bed was too small, the airco dropped out multiple times during night whilst it was super hot, our towels smelled like vinegar, breakfast was far below average, ... . So after one night we just decided to leave the hotel so the last part of our holiday wouldn't be ruined. We didn't try to begin a discussion to get our payment back, that seemed pointless and not worth the energy. But we were disapointed that there wasn't really any interest why we left two days before the end of our stay, nor any consideration to compensate us partly. When we checked out, the person at the reception only stated that he would have the balcony door checked. Big dissapointment from our part, sadly enough.
