When went to order dinner at 7.45 was advised that there was only one item on the entire menu that was available. Ended up having to drive into Stratford to get something to eat for dinner

The hotel is a bit old but generally I think it is acceptable. The price of the hotel is comparative cheaper. The breakfast is not good & no sorts of things to be provided. The hotel is far from the town & it is necessary to get to the hotel by car nearly 15 minutes

This venue was stunning, a beautiful quiet location to catch your breath or walk into Stratford-upon-Avon to enjoy the architecture and see the history. Wish we could have spent more time there, and we would certainly plan to return and explore further. Very clean, tidy, and spacious accommodation. Fittings within the room and in the hotel were excellent. Linen and towels were of superb quality. The service was excellent throughout, and all the staff were extremely polite and helpful.

In the countryside in Stratford in a beautiful timber beamed building. The room was dark but spacious. We had the family room with a double and two single. Breakfast was included. No menus but the waiter said any English breakfast combination which was great. I had two poached eggs. The only problem was a lack of communication regarding the usual route to find the hotel being closed due to road works. Navigating a one way system in an unfamiliar town with no email or call to let us know how we were to get to the hotel was extremely stressful and put us 1.5 hours behind the schedule to arrive. This could have been sorted if the hotel had contacted 永安 with the landline provided at booking and explained about road works so I could have been forwarned.
