The room is not too spacious but provided bed enough for 5pax. Complete with microwave and kitchen area. Excellent location, entrance from Sunway pyramid hotel & easy access to Sunway pyramid mall, ice skating.

The resort suite is located right below Sunway Pyramid Hotel. There are plenty of shops located opposite right across the street like 7-Eleven, ABC Restaurant and KFC. The only flaw is have to walk down the stairs to get to B1 of Resort Suites to get to the correct lift lobby. Only on the last day was I informed by the security that I can actually take the carpark lift which linked level 1 and B1 of sunway pyramid hotel. Key collection is hassle free, instructions are clear to collect and return keys. It’s very convenient to walk to Pyamid Mall, which is linked through pyramid hotel. Just at level 1 u will see Din Tai Feng and even Hai Di Lao Hotpot.

房間很大。孩子可以免費加床。還有廚房和冰箱。可以做簡單的餐食。衞生間也夠大。還有免費升級了，轉角房間，有陽台。可以看非常精彩的外景。總之非常滿意！謝謝！管家態度和善，非常温暖！

酒店靠近sunway lagoon和sunway pyramid，基本上走路就可以到，雖然parking fee要自己還但是我們park了將近17個小時也才23塊。

Beautiful view of Sunway Resort Hotel, Sunway Lagoon, Sunway University, Sunway Medical, Sunway Sanctuary, and so many others from my room, especially at night. Clean & comfy. Very strategic location - right beside the Sunway Pyramid mall and nearby Sunway Resort Hotel and Sunway Lagoon entrance just by the side of the hotel.

Very good location / self paid parking / improve on cleanliness especially daily towels changing . daily cleaning is needed moreover rm 55 cleaning fees paid upon check in ( didn’t state this condition upon check in) . Good to state upfront . Shower shampoo provided but not hair shampoo.
