房子空間小可以接受 但是非常不隔音 隔壁放個屁都能聽到那種 街道外一晚上鬼哭狼嚎 摩託車轟鳴聲陣陣 反正一晚上沒有睡覺 早早起來退房

Location is very near to Sunway Pyramid Mall, nearby seven eleven. If you are hungry in the middle of night, you can walk to Nasi Kandar which opens 24 hours.

Can only auto book in 3pm dot! Very difficult to find parking lot around the hotel, lift under repair, have to walk up! Room v small! Half roll of toilet paper provided.

말레이시아에서 10만원이나 하는 호텔이라서 왠만한 호텔을 기대했는데.... 잘못 왔나 싶을 정도로 열악한 곳. 아이 있는 가족 여행자들에게 절대 비추천. 도착시간이 새벽 1시가 아니었다면 들어가지 않았을 호텔. 다행히 겍실 내부는 깔끔한 편이어서 피곤함에 하루 잠만 잤던 곳. 가격책정이 심히 잘못되었다고 생각함. 엄청난 배신감.

酒店地點很好，非常接近商場。前台人員很友善，房間還好。可惜設施不好，廁所門、馬桶等都有問題。價錢比較周邊酒店貴

I had a very good short stay here. The bed was big and room very comfortable. Air conditioning was strong and the room was good for the price paid. You can choose to top up if you want an earlier check in. The lounge area outside was very cosy, with vending machines, refillable water and charging stations if you want to chill before leaving the area. I was served by Kamil upon check in and she was so friendly and helpful. I was able to store my bags first before checking in as I arrived earlier. There is a QR Code that you can scan to get information and talk to someone if yo u need help. I served by Hoikot upon checking out and he was very helpful with my questions. Do note that deposit is via cash only, so do prep beforehand. Recommend anyone who wants an alternative when going to sunway.
