For the checking-in & out, you will not see any staff to assist you. You have to do with the machine. Even tho, you see any problems or questions, you can't content to their staff which they refer to contact if you see any questions. The biggest difficulty is community cause we can't communicate in English. We have to ask for other passing by guest to translate. When we enter the room, the bathroom was look like someone has been used before. The only amenities they provide in the bathroom is shower-gel. They didn't provide any amenities such as tissues or coffee,tea bags like other hotel. They mention the drinking water bottles are provided but when we arrive to the room we have to ask. When we asked, the conversation in English is not working. Housekeeping during our stay, better not to except. Giving deposit to the hotel is a policy but the hotel didn't give you back. The only interaction is a machine for checking in and out. So whenever the machine says, your deposit can't available right now, you can't get back your refund. Because there is on one in the front desk. Literally on one. If you have any questions to the staff, you have to look for, literally have to knock on staff only door, but no response. So I'll never go th that Hotel ever again. And do not recommend if you are traveller or only who can speak English.

Was worth for a short stay and easy to grab ehailing.

性價比非常高的酒店，但是呢，離雙威學校太遠了，走路基本上是不可能到的，如果要打車去購物或者學校的話，其實不划算了，因為打車都得二十多塊，這個酒店的設施是可以的，比較新，但是有油漆和塑料的裝修味道原本可能是一個足球俱樂部的招待所，沒有什麼人在管理，沒有值班的人員衹有一台入住和離店的機器，如果在平台上訂會被重複收取時馬幣的旅遊税，記得找店員退退一下，前提是你能找得到店員
