GM酒店-地鐵 (GM Metro at Sunway)

The hotel is in a very strategic location, within walking distance to Sunway Lagoon and Sunway Pyramid, with 7-Eleven, Family Mart, and plenty of restaurants nearby. The area feels safe, and the hotel itself is clean and secure, with CCTV and a water dispenser available. Overall, the service was alright, though the female receptionist seemed to lack proper customer service training. Despite that, I was happy with my stay here as long as the place remains clean and safe..

Small room , good location surrounded by restaurants and shopping ,walking distant to sunway Central Hospital

The breakfast set is delicious especially the chocolate muffin ＜3, Location best, walking distance to sunway pyramid. Self checking/check out. Elevator is small. So far so good.

飯店位在Sunway lagoon門口一出來的街上，價格也便宜，對旅客來說非常友善，但房間真的太小了，開門進去就是一張大床，床和牆壁間最寬的距離，仍無法完整打開一個行李箱，床頭側邊就是浴室，偏潮濕。一進門是發現浴室還是濕的，房間也感覺很潮濕、很悶，適合去Sunway時待一晚但不適合待太久，空間太小。

I stayed for 4 days initially, and the room was clean and did not need much maintenance. But no one came to clean the room or toilet during my stay . I was taking out the garbage and moping the wet bathroom Also the hotel offers only toels and there is a hanged near the shower soap/shampo which was un labled . No slippers , toothbrush, toothpaste, or any vanity sets were offered . The TV has only two channels and doesn't allow screen sharing with other devices to make a good use for it . There was an extra fee(taxis) which was not mentioned by 永安 and was asked as soon as I reached the hote I suggest that all the unavailable sevreses or any additional fees to be pre mentioned to guests . The staff are good and welcoming and very friendly and the location is perfect lightening is good and the room has a small window The entrance is a small coffee shop and the lobby chairs are comfortable The place is smell free, with no rotten smells, nor alcohol smell thanks to the hotel policy that forbids Alcohol in side the hotel . Low cost and strategic But my room abit dark and only got one light can be on

For USD17/ night paid. 1 standard queen bedroom Minimal spaces in between bed and walls to move. Provided 2 Cups and a jar. Water have to take from the common area. No coffee, no tea. Room service has to be requested. Only body syampoo provided in toilet. At one point, lift could not function at 3rd floor. Overall u pay the price for the premium location.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Sunway shopping area and a 7-Eleven convenience store. However, the rooms are not soundproof, so you may hear people talking or walking outside. As for cleanliness, it's satisfactory. We were disappointed to receive a room without a window, despite booking one with a city view
