We had a lovely stay at this place. The location was great, close to everything yet quiet and comfortable. The hotel management service was friendly, responsive, and made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly Recommended.

I returned to the hotel at 11:00 p.m. but was unable to open my room door because the power had gone out. I had to wait for about an hour for the issue to be resolved, and by the time it was fixed it was already midnight. This caused significant inconvenience during my stay. On the positive side, the location is convenient and complimentary breakfast is provided.

The hotel location is very good. Easy access to many places. Just in front of Sunway Resort. Many eateries in the vicinity. Breakfast options are limited. But the food outlet that serves the breakfast in also a restaurant and you can find many other options there at a reasonable price. Overall good experience. I only wis they would include milk coffee and tea in the breakfast. It only had black coffee as the single option.

It was so so, they should focus more on cleanliness and checking rooms throughly. The sink was broken and water was falling to floor. The best thing is the location only you can access lot of places from here

The Hotel come with breakfast with less than RM150 budget with excellent location. I will continue to stay at this hotel. The breakfast have few selection, they provide you 2 breakfast voucher to be redeem at downstair Restaurant.

床單，被單，枕頭套有污漬。房間隔音非常差，白天有很多敲敲打打的裝修聲音。房間在電梯門口旁邊，晚上電梯關門時有巨響，會很影響到晚上休息。

地點不錯,去sunway都近,衹要不到10分鐘就可以了.樓下可以直接吃東西了,晚上還有lok lok可以試試看.

Hotel is strategically located just right next to Sunway Pyramid mall, which was what we wanted for our 永安. Breakfast was at ease, right next to our hotel. Choices was awesome, but until 10 am only. Hygiene more to improve and air-cond seems dusty. Toilet wasn't so well, anyway good for the price.
