Geno Hotel offers a fair price for what you get. The decoration and setup are quite basic, but comfortable enough for a short stay. At the moment, the property is undergoing renovations, so expect some areas to feel a little unfinished. The breakfast spread is acceptable with decent variety, though there’s room for improvement in both options and taste. Parking is available at a flat rate of RM8 (covered and uncovered), but do note there’s no direct lift from the parking area to the hotel lobby, you’ll need to walk from a different section. Overall, it’s a practical option if you’re looking for reasonable pricing and convenience, but don’t expect anything too fancy just yet.

Hotel is quite good if you need to be in the specific area. If you would be into the city, I would advice to book something closer. Hotel has everything that you need, breakfast may be a bit simple, similar to the room service. Prices for room service are a bit on the higher side, while quality is a bit below average.

這個酒店是我住了幾百次酒店裡麪，唯一一個連續打前台電話十幾二十分鐘沒人接的，少有的客房默認不提供拖鞋的，唯一一個我洗澡想要拖鞋打電話前台不接，還得跑下去等着前台通知客服服務，然後客服服務再等一個小時才給我送雙穿上就腳癢的拖鞋的

很小，不過這個價格也就這樣吧，非常偏僻，周圍啥也沒有，好在打車還算方便，離藍色清真寺挺近的。 要不是老公來這兒開會，誰也不會到這裏來住。 去了説不算太遠的sunway pyramid，打車回酒店也花了60多人民幣。那裡有很多中國品牌，居然還有楊國福麻辣燙😋

The check-in took 30mins thou we arrived way after the regular checkin time, aircon weren’t working in the room even after calling for the technician. We stayed two nights so unsure if it was due to the policy that they didnt clean up the room but we wanted to request for a change of towels but required two calls to room service before they come and change them. On weekdays the breakfast is close to empty… not too sure why we even paid to have breakfast at the hotel so that we can start the day immediately without having to find another restaurant outside.

Not sure how the room keeper perform their routine cleaning & room preparation , simple thing like pillow case can’t get it right , how unfortunate. Not sure if I could repeat stay once again

Sini kawasan industry banyak2 kilang, so kalau rasa nak tido selesa, tak sesuai kat sini, bising. Pestu satu, staff manager dia layan trainer sumpah jahat giler, kesian staff baru tu, nama lagi baru, yang kau nak marah2 tu kenapa kt dia, ajar la elok2. New hotel i think. Location is at industrial area, its okay to me. Room also okay, but the toilet bit dirty and smell not good. The sewerage smell from the toilet came out,we have to sleep with the smell😂. Breakfast food so so. Overall okay. If they settle the sewerage problem will be great.
